Self Service Sans-Filter Sunday

You might have noticed that there’s less Sans-Filter Sundays.

It’s because of Corona.

Just kidding it’s because I didn’t feel like writing them (not everything is because of Corona).

I’m still producing podcast and lives tho, so there’s that.

Today I was updating a page on PeaCrea and I realized that there are some commonalities with SFS so I’m bringing it to you: it’s called a Now Page.

I heard this concept first from Lukas Liebich who heard it first from Derek Sivers. I loved it and decided to create mine.

What is a Now Page? In Derek’s words:

a page that tells you what this person is focused on at this point in their life. For short, we call it a “now page”.

Derek Sivers

Because SFS is me sharing what’s going on in my life anyway, my Now Page is kind of a Self-Service Sans-Filter Sunday (lots of Ses): when you want to know what I’m up to, you go to that page and there you go.

Here’s the page:

What do you think about it?

Would a Now Page be useful to you ?

Also, what’s a subject you’d like David & I to talk about in a future episode of PeaCreaLive ?

There’s a lot going on! – Sans-Filter Sunday

There’s a lot going on at the moment, so I thought I’d use SFS as a way to keep you guys informed. I’ve been told by several PeaCreaTribe members that they enjoy the diary-aspect of SFS so here we go.

During the pandemic, David & I started doing a live show on Facebook Live & Youtube. It’s called PeaCreaLive and it’s a lot of fun!
We had episodes with guests, without guest, with live intro music, with 80ies outro music, last episode a monkey sang our theme song. This is pure expression.
You can watch full episodes on David’s new Youtube Channel ReLOVEution, and mainly join us live … some weekdays. The best way to be informed about the show is to subscribe to reLOVEution channel or to friend me on

If you like SFS, you should definitively check PeaCreaLive because it’s also very vulnerable and authentic: we talk about problems that matter to us and are appearing in our lives, David & I.

And it’s Live! so you can ask your questions and even bring the theme of the episode!

I’m coaching a lot at the moment and it’s an absolute joy.
I’ve got a new coaching page on (where I just got a new certification, yay!), I still help creative materialize their masterpiece (with one in particular who I believe is gonna be big in the months to come) and now I started coaching a new group of people that I call ‘scary men’.

Lemme explain 😅

In one of PeaCreaLive! episode, I talk about my fear list.
Most morning, I write my journal which is a mix of different journaling techniques I discovered along the way.
One of this techniques, I call “taking the tea with my inner-Woody Allen”.

He tells me about everything he (me) fears, is anxious, angry or depressed about.

Then I take this list and turn it into a to do list.

And one fear that kept coming was the fear of more successful men than me in the field of career and finance.
Like, the moment someone tells me he’s the CEO of company xyz or a big shot in the corporate world, I feel scared and inferior.

So I decided to coach those ‘scary men’.

Because growth is often hidden behind our fears.

Luckily several of my friends are successful ‘scary men’ …and really they are not that scary (they are my friends, after all) so I made a deal with them and started to coach them. So far so good.

I have a block regarding editing the podcast.

I love to reach out to people & I love to have those deep conversations…

but when comes the moment to edit the audio, put the music, cut it, then write all the texts around the episode + promotion, my motivation flanches (no clue if this is a real english word).

Kris has been amazing with that for several episodes and I built some new systems to make the work faster and more efficient but we still have 4 recorded episodes which are unreleased.

The good news is I have several new exciting guests scheduled for interview and I don’t want the backlog to accumulate so

we’ll be releasing one new episode every week for a few weeks!

or at least we’ll try, because as I said,

there’s a lot going on.

ps: and what’s going on with you ? let me know in the comments
